Simon has been excellent in looking after my Mum and Dad’s affairs when making some significant changes to their existing financial setup. His communication was excellent and we were kept informed at all times in a clear and easy to understand manner. His level of professionalism was high and he was able to simplify the process by coming to my dad’s aged care home to discuss the matters with my parents. It has been fantastic knowing that my parents affairs are well taken care of, and he is always available should we have any questions.
